Our products are shipped from the UK and sold on an unpaid Delivery Duty basis. With this in mind, please be aware that you, or whoever the lucky recipient might be, may have to pay Import Duty or a Formal Customs Entry Fee upon, or prior to, delivery. If you’re unsure how this will affect the overall cost of your order, please check your Local Legislation rules.
Rest of World
For an accurate shipping quotation ahead of placing your order, please contact our office on 07968 973764 or email killy@killyandco.com with your delivery address and the products that you are interested in ordering. The team will then put a quote together with an accurate shipping cost and proceed with placing your order manually. The shipping costs for sending overseas are dependent on the size, weight and quantity of the parcels.
Delivery Times
We use UK Royal Mail or Interlink/ DPD to both home and overseas destinations.
Providing your items are in stock we will aim to dispatch your order to you within 10 working days.
Once dispatched, please allow 5 working days for UK orders, 10 days for EU orders and 15 + for the rest of the world unless otherwise specified. Should your item not be in stock it will be placed on back order. Please note that if an item order is out of stock, the rest of the order will be held until everything is available.
Returns
Killy and Co will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with provided it is returned within 14 days of receipt. Please send an email to killy@killyandco.com to inform us you are returning your item. Please request proof of postage from the post office for any returned items as Killy and Co cannot be responsible for any item that gets lost or damaged in transit. Delivery charges and returned postage can only be refunded if the item is faulty. If an item you have received is damaged or faulty please email killy@killyandco.com within 24 hours for a replacement to be sent.
